A) Any personal or credit card information you share with us is safe, secure and protected. You will be able to pull our order form up online and mail, fax or call us personally with your order.

Q) How does St. Augustine Tobacco Company ship its products?
A) We ship our cigars USPS Priority Mail. We at St. Augustine Tobacco Company try to make every possible effort to ship your cigar order out the same day it is received, however this is not guaranteed. Shipping charges are based as follows: Anything over $49.95 we ship for free and any total under that amount, we charge a flat $5.00 Shippping and handling fee. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Internationally; however we must be called for a special quote from our St. Augustine location.

Q) Do you charge sales tax?
A) We charge 6% sales tax in our own state for Florida residents. We do not collect sales tax from any other state.

Q) Do you carry accessories?
A) Yes. We carry a nice line of humidors, cutters, cases and ashtrays. We have a separate order form for those products. Occasionally items get backordered so if you are planning a gift for a special occasion or holiday, be sure to allow a little extra time or contact us to see if the particular item you're interested in is in stock.
